You will not receive my business anymore. Treating people with respect is free and it may be a growing concern with this casino as it is the only show in town. This behavior would have not happen in any other Casino especially if you were playing and not just loitering. But this is common especially at Murphy when the dealers are new to dealing a game.

The only thing that I may have done to create an issue was correct a dealer on a payout.

I was winning but I was not breaking the casino. I was just asked to leave without any further explanation. I was not over intoxicated and during my play was not acting a fool and was playing a toke for the dealer on every hand. This was random as I was currently playing on a table game and was cut off of alcohol at 2:00 AM (State Rule) This casino can not have alcohol on the floor after 2:00 AM. My last visit I was returning from the restroom at around 3 AM and was asked to leave the facility because I was too intoxicated. Now my main concern is the customer service in particular with the pit floor supervisors and security team. I have encountered this issue on my last two visits. The men's bathroom near the food court has just about every door damaged where they can not be locked when in use. I also do expect wear and tear on a highly visited property but when I do not see any maintenance being performed it is a concern. I have visited Valley River several times and have recently seen the service and upkeep of the property decline tremendously. I have been to many casinos ranging from NC down to Mississippi out to Vegas. Let me first qualify my review by stating that I am a Diamond Plus player for Caesars Rewards properties.
